1. Registration

1.1 Registration shall commence within the periods specified in the Declaration and no later subscription shall be accepted.

1.2 Registration is open for both sexes of sons and daughters between the ages of sixth to fourteen years old.

1.3 If cancellation is requested the amount will not be refunded.

1.4 By completing the registration and payment process, you agree to the terms and conditions.

2. Attendance and departure

2.1 All parents must ensure that their children are present between 7:45 am and 8:00 am daily in front of the Zoo gate.

2.2 Parents must attend at 12:00 pm to take their children from the same gate.

2.3 The Foundation shall not allow any person who is not previously authorized to accompany any participating student and parents to ensure that the person sent by them is authorized in advance to attend the zoo.

2.4 It will not be allowed to enter the zoo late as well as the case will not be allowed to leave early in the event of emergency, and the parents are responsible for failure to comply with the deadlines for attendance and departure, and is not responsible for the zoo to compensate the parents for their lack of commitment to the dates of attendance and departure in the camp.

2.5 For the emergency referred to in Section 2.4 above, you can call 037992444 and report the details.

 

3. Registration fees

3.1 A registration fee of AED 525 including VAT for each participating student. The registration fee includes the price of the camp vest.

3.2 Fees are paid through the Website of Al Ain Zoo or through Ticketing office.

 

4. General Conditions

4.1 All students must follow the directions of the leader and supervisor.

4.2 A supervisor is allowed to accompany the student with determination.

4.3 Students must always stay with the team, and they must get permission before going anywhere, including the toilet.

4.4 All students should respect their colleagues and staff. To be positive in their dealings, and to avoid violence and bullying.

4.5 Prefer not to bring mobile phones, tablet devices, electronic games and valuables in the camp, as the student’s name should be put on all personal tools. The zoo is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

4.6 Please note that the activities of the camp are varied, and their place of implementation varies, some of which are internal, and some are external.

4.7 Therefore, all students should wear appropriate clothing and shoes for their safety.

• Wear appropriate clothing for weather and motor activities - mandatory

   

• Wear indoor sports shoes - mandatory
• Wear the hat - mandatory
• Bring water bottles - mandatory
• Put sunscreen cream - optional
• In case of not wearing the clothes mentioned above, students will not be able to participate in some activities for safety reasons.

 

5. Canceling the subscription

5.1 The behavior of the student is not tolerated, and the zoo does not allow any action that would harm any student or supervisor or volunteer and the student's participation in this case will be canceled directly without refunding the subscription fee.

5.2 The student's subscription shall be canceled without compensation or refund of the subscription fee in case of intentional damage to the property and its assets.

5.3 The Foundation reserves the right to take all actions that safeguard the rights and rights of others, whether they are employees or volunteer supervisors or visitors who may be harmed by any of the participants.
